Our Warranty Policy

At Boots of INA, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something unexpected happens to your boots during normal wear within the first 30 days after delivery, we've got you covered. Since we design and manufacture our boots, we thoroughly understand every aspect of them. This allows us to quickly identify if there is a manufacturing issue that may impact performance. Important Notes:

Our warranty does not cover aesthetic characteristics resulting from the hand-crafting process or the natural variations in organic materials such as leather.
